On the TENA Direct Homepage you will see 6 product categories. Click on the most relevant category for your product. If you are unsure then you can always return to the homepage to look again.
Select the products you wish to purchase by typing in the quantity you require and then click on ‘Add to Basket’ next to each relevant product (this will be in a clear box). Please note that we do not sell single packs on the site so next to each product we will tell you how many individual products and also number of packs you will get per single unit. You can return to the TENA Direct Homepage at any time to choose a different product category. Each product has a brief description next to it to help you make your selection. When you have selected all the products you require and added them to the basket, you should check through your order carefully by looking through ‘My Basket’ and then click ‘Go to checkout’ to place your order with us.
You will be transferred to a secure server to guarantee that your online transaction is safe and secure. You will need to enter your delivery and contact details along with your payment details. The credit and debit cards we accept are: Maestro, all VISA, MasterCard Credit cards and Japanese Business Card.
Once your order is confirmed we will deliver your products directly and discreetly to the delivery address supplied. Please note that although we aim to deliver orders within 3 working days, there could be a delay in the event of stock shortage or other unforeseen circumstances.
