Many of our customers have asked if they can subscribe to regular deliveries from TENA Direct and we are excited to share with you that this is now possible for online orders. What is subscription?

Subscription allows you to easily manage your regular orders from TENA Direct. You never need worry about running out of your usual product as the orders will be placed automatically. You decide which products you need and how often you need them, and TENA Direct does the rest! We want your shopping experience with TENA Direct to be as easy and hassle-free as possible and by subscribing to your favourite TENA products, it doesn’t get any easier. Why not give it a try?

How do I set-up subscription?

Shop as you usually do on TENA Direct and add your TENA products to your basket. If subscription is available for that product, you will see the ‘subscribe’ option when adding the product to your basket. Decide how often you would like your product to be delivered and simply select the frequency from the drop-down box that best suits you. For example, if you usually order TENA Pants Plus every month, select ‘monthly’ as the subscription option for that product. Then checkout as you usually do. The following month, your order of TENA Pants Plus will automatically be placed, and you will receive your delivery as requested. All this without having to remember to log in and place your order! How much will it cost?

There is no cost to set up a subscription. In addition, you will receive a 5% discount on the order. Please note this discount cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount. You will receive the highest discount available for your order on the day that your order is placed. There are no additional fees or minimum term contract for subscription.

Do I need an account?

Yes, subscription is only available to registered users of TENA Direct. To set up automatic ordering, we need to know all the details of your order and which card to use for the payment. These details are saved within your profile in TENA Direct. It’s easy to set-up an account and only takes a minute or so. Is subscription available on all TENA products?

It is available for most of our products, but you may find the occasional product that is not available on subscription. If there is a particular product you want to have on subscription and you are not seeing this option at checkout, please contact the TENA Direct team on 0800 393431 or email tena.online@essity.com.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. It is easy to manage your subscriptions in your account. Log in to your TENA Direct account and click on ‘My subscriptions’. From here, you can see all the products you have subscribed to. You can easily cancel a subscription by clicking on the ‘cancel’ button for that product subscription. If the order has not been placed, the next order and all future orders will be cancelled.

Can I amend the order data or order frequency of my subscription?

Yes. It is easy to manage your subscriptions in your account. Log in to your TENA Direct account and click on ‘My subscriptions’. From here, you can see all the products you have subscribed to and the frequency of the automatic ordering/delivery of each product. You can easily change the date of delivery or frequency for a product subscription from this page. Click on the date and a pop-up box will appear, click on the date that would like to change the delivery to and this new date will be saved. If the order has not been placed, your order will move to this new delivery date. If you need to change the quanitity you wish to order then you have to cancel the previous subscription first and then place a new subsription for the correct amount required. How do I pay for my subscription orders?

When you place your first order and sign-up to subscribe to a product, the card payment details that you used for that order are saved. On the day your subscription order is placed, the credit or debit card that was saved will be used for this order. The total amount of the order will be charged to the debit or credit card.  

Will I receive notification about my next order?

Yes. You will receive an email letting you know that your automatic order will be placed in a few days. You do not need to do anything but if you want to cancel the order, you will need to do so quickly. Once the order is placed, your card will be charged, and the order cannot be cancelled.

Will I receive a discount?

Yes, as our way of thanking you for subscribing to a regular order, you will receive a 5% discount off each order. This discount is automatically deducted from the order at checkout. Please note: this discount is subject to change and it cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount. How long do subscriptions last?

This is up to you! Your subscription will run until you cancel the subscription. You will receive regular emails that keep you up to date on the progress of your automatic orders.

When will I get my order?

After you have placed your first order and set-up subscription, your next subscription order will be at the frequency you requested. So, if you set-up ‘monthly’, your first automatic order will be a month from the date of your first order. And you will keep receiving monthly deliveries until you amend or cancel the subscription.

Can I change how often I want to receive my automatic delivery?

Yes. This can be managed within your account. Login to your TENA Direct account and click on ‘My subscriptions’. From here, you can see all the products you have subscribed to and the frequency of the automatic delivery of each product. From here, you can change the frequency as needed.

Can I place subscription orders over the phone?

No. Subscription can only be managed for online orders. Call our TENA Direct team on 0800 393431 and they can help you every step of the way when setting up your subscription online.

Can I change my payment card details?

No, this feature is not yet available. If you log in to My Account and go to ‘My profile’, you can see the payment card that is saved to your account. You can delete this card from this page and your next subscription order will not be processed. However, if you update your payment card details it is not reflected in your subscription order. Therefore, to add or amend your payment card details, you will need to delete your existing subscription and place a new order.
