This promotional sampling offer is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and Republic of Ireland aged 16 or over only, with the exception of employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
Free samples are available whilst stocks last and are restricted to certain TENA incontinence products, absorbencies, and sizes. Free samples are also currently restricted to a maximum of 3 sample pieces per person per 12 month period. This condition will be reviewed on a regular basis and updated if relevant. No purchase is necessary; however, an internet connection may be required and/or phone connection. Currently TENA free TENA samples are only available to order by phone. To apply for free samples, contact TENA Direct on 0800 393 431 and provide your name and full address details.
Maximum 3 sample pieces per person per 12-month period. All free sample requests must be made directly by the person requesting it. If we establish that you have been requesting free samples for individuals other than yourself then we reserve the right to disqualify you from any further Essity promotion and, if deemed offensive or threatening, to report you to the appropriate authorities.
Bulk requests made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete, multiple or illegible requests and those which do not satisfy all requirements in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means, that person’s requests will be disqualified and any free sample award will be void.
For each valid request, recipients will receive at least 1 free sample piece of one of the selected, and available, TENA products. The free sample pack may also include further product information, brand information and discount codes and vouchers. These may change at any time and are not guaranteed. Most free samples arrive within 14 days but at busy times it could take longer. Please allow 28 days from submitting your request for delivery of your free sample. If you do not receive your free sample 28 days after submitting or have any queries, you should contact us on 0800 393 431.
You have the opportunity to request to receive future electronic communications from the Promoter about its products and services. By ticking the ‘opt in’ box and giving consent, you acknowledge, confirm and agree that personal data may be used for direct marketing and research purposes with regard to Essity products and services (including by mail, email and telephone). Essity may refuse to award a free sample, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant's fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these terms and conditions. Essity is not responsible or liable for:
A) Any claims that are lost or delayed due to faulty, failed or erroneous electronic data transmissions,
B) Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption, or

Essity reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to you in order to avoid undue disappointment.
Essity cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims suffered by you as a result of registering for the offer or of accepting any sample. Essity further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person relating to the sample.
Essity reserves the right to substitute the offer, in part or whole, with an alternative of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
Essity’s decision shall be final and binding in all promotional matters
This promotional offer is governed according to the laws of England and Wales and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
