Pretty much back to normal...
We advised a few weeks ago that due to COVID-19, we were experiencing an increase in demand that was impacting on our usual levels of service.
This is just a quick update to let you know that we are pretty much back to normal. Most orders are being delivered within our usual 2-3 days delivery time and our TENA Direct team are back to answering your calls in our usual responsive time-frame.
Of course, the quickest and easiest way to place an order from TENA Direct is to still to order online. The platform is easy to use from either a desktop, tablet or mobile device.
