To find your size, measure the largest part below your waist - this is your hip measurement. If you are in between two sizes or unsure, go down one size. It is always better for leakage security if the product is close fitting rather than too loose.

TENA Silhouette incontinence underwear are easy-to-use with a clear back indication showing you the right way to put them on. Use the side seams which easily can be torn apart for removal.
