How to shop at TENA Direct

Here is our step-by-step guide to help you when buying incontinence products at TENA Direct.

If this is your first time shopping, you might find it helpful to read the full guide.


Step 1: How to add an item to the shopping basket

  1. Find the desired product.
  2. Select product size (if applicable), pack size (i.e. case, pack or piece) and quantity required.
  3. Click the "Add to Basket" button.
  4. If the product you require to purchase is available as a multibuy offer (e.g.  4 for 3 cases or 4 for 3 packs), and you would like to take advantage of this offer, then please add 4 cases (or packs) to your basket. You will only pay for the 3 selected products and the basket will update to display the discount applied. Look for the multibuy offer, qualifying products with 4 for 3 labels displayed on the product page.
  5. You can continue to shop and add more products to your basket in the same way or choose to checkout.

Step 2: Your shopping basket

  1. The number of products you have in your basket is displayed in the shopping basket icon at the top right corner of the page. You can easily access your basket by clicking on the basket icon.

Step 3: Correct the contents of the basket and proceed to checkout

  1. To increase/decrease the quantity of a product, click on the plus and minus button.
  2. To remove a product from the shopping basket, click the Bin icon button.
  3. When you are satisfied with the contents of your shopping basket, press the "Proceed to checkout" button.

Step 4: Purchase as a guest or registered customer

  1. Guest users can order without registering for an account. Note: you can easily create an account under the account section.
  2. If you already have an account, click on the "Login" button on the checkout page.
  3. Login with your account registered email address and password, and then click on "Login".

Step 6: Delivery

  1. You need to let us know which address you would like your order delivered to.
  2. Registered customers can store several delivery addresses in their account. If you have more than one delivery address, you can see the address list under "Shipping details". Select the desired delivery address or add a new address.
  3. When checking out as a Guest, you will need to enter the delivery address for each order.
  4. Click the "Continue" button to proceed.

Step 7: Payment

  1. Select payment method.
  2. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard or PayPal over an encrypted secure connection.
  3. Fill in all mandatory information.
  4. Finally, click “place order”.

Step 8: Order confirmation

  1. Immediately after your payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
  2. Check that all information is correct.
  3. If you are a registered user, you can also access your order history and view the status of your order at anytime by logging into your TENA Direct account.
